How can you help share the music?

    We gratefully accept any donations of support. By sponsoring the Penticton Concert Band, your donations will help us to:

    • Buy new music and music stands

    • Purchase new instruments

    • Pay for our rehearsal hall rental fees

    • Have professional sound equipment and sound engineers at performances

    • Cover office expenses including supplies, equipment, photocopying etc.

    • Advertise our concerts

    • Purchase uniforms for band members

    • Provide a Conductor’s Honorarium

    Sponsorship of the Penticton Concert Band:

    Our ONE EXCLUSIVE TITLE SPONSOR who donates $5,000 will receive:

    • Recognition as a sponsor on our website and newspaper advertising

    • 3 free concerts

    • 50% discount on any additional concerts booked with us

    • We will display your banners at our concerts (you will need to provide to us)

    • Your logo on our concert programs

    • Public thanks and acknowledgement by our Conductor at our concerts

    • Your logo on our music stand flags

    • Radio thanks and acknowledgements

    PLATINUM sponsors who donate $1,000 will receive:

    • Recognition as a sponsor on our website and newspaper advertising

    • 1 free concert

    • 40% discount on any additional concerts booked with us

    • We will display your banners at our concerts (you will need to provide to us)

    • Your logo on our concert programs

    • Public thanks and acknowledgement by our Conductor at our concerts

    GOLD sponsors who donate $750 will receive:

    • Recognition as a sponsor on our website and newspaper advertising

    • 30% discount on any concerts booked with us

    • We will display your banners at our concerts (you will need to provide to us)

    • Public thanks and acknowledgement by our Conductor at our concerts

    SILVER sponsors who donate $500 will receive:

    • Recognition as a sponsor on our website and newspaper advertising

    • 20% discount on any concerts booked with us

    BRONZE sponsors who donate $250 will receive:

    • Recognition as a sponsor on our website and newspaper advertising

    • 10% discount on any concerts booked with us

    How to maximize the value you get from
    having us perform a concert:

    • Entertainment for a fundraising event

    • Staff party (staff BBQ / holiday parties etc.)

    • Sales event / client appreciation event

    • Any celebration where you want to draw people in

    • Concerts can be in a location of your choosing

    • Concerts are 45-60 minutes in length

    • Music is selected according to the type of event

    • Regular price for a concert is $500

Once you have chosen your level of sponsorship, we will provide you with an invoice for your sponsorship, which you can use as a business expense. Please make cheques payable to “Penticton Concert Band” and email a high resolution version of your logo to Kim Lawton. Your donation covers you as a sponsor for a full year.
